When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched ASAP — this is subject to our other work commitments, but won’t be longer than a few days.
Where stated, some items that we offer are Pre-Orders. Please note that these items will not be dispatched until the date stated on the item description.
Pre-Orders massively help our band, and we sincerely appreciate your patience whilst we prepare your Pre-Order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are equally eager for you to receive your order, and we hope you love it. All orders are dispatched ASAP via Royal Mail First Class for UK orders, or International Tracked for overseas orders.
We advise the following timeframes for receiving your order:
UK — 1 week from dispatch.
Europe — 3 weeks from dispatch.
North America — 5 weeks from dispatch.
Asia, Australia and the Rest of the World — 6 weeks from dispatch.
If you have not received your order within the relevant timeframe above, please check with your local postal service to see if they have a missing items complaints procedure. We retain proof of postage for all orders if you need further help in your dispute.
What is the best way of supporting Assurance?
As a band that receives no external funding from a label, we are entirely self-sufficient. All profits from our store go straight back into the band so we can continue to provide the best possible experience, music and merchandise for our fans and supporters.
